Free Shipping for orders over $100

Five Pawns offers FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $100.00. Orders under $100.00 will be charged a flat rate of $14.99.

Shipping locations

Please check our zip code locator on a product page to determine shipping availability as we are only able to facilitate shipping to the zip codes approved by our courier service. We will continue adding new shipping destinations as they become available within the courier network 

Sales Tax

Under PACT Act regulations, we are now required to charge state sales tax according to your shipping location.

Order Processing

Due to the PACT Act, we now require 1-4 business days to process your order.  This does NOT include weekends or holidays.  We are working on shortening this timeframe but unfortunately we are beholden to the private couriers policy and pickup times. 

Delivery Times

All Five Pawns domestic orders are shipped using third-party, private couriers and depending on your shipping destination, transit times may vary.  West Coast transit times are 2-3 business days whereas Midwest and East Coast transit times are 5-7 days.  We ask that you please allow 1-3 business days after your order is placed to receive a tracking number.  Once your tracking number is received please allow 2-7 business days depending on your location.  

 

Adult Signature Required

An Adult Signature is required for all domestic orders upon delivery. Please confirm you are shipping to a location where an adult will be present to sign for your delivery.  The couriers will attempt 2 times for redelivery and after that the courier will send the package back to us.  Refunds or reshipments will only happen once we recieve the package back, which could take as long as 3-4 weeks.  If you would like your package reshipped you will need to pay an additional $14.99 for the shipping charge. 

Zip Code Finder/Shipping Messages

We have enacted a zip code locator on the product pages throughout our website. Please verify we are able to ship to your location, by using the zip code locator. If you receive the message "We currently do not ship to your location", we do not have a shipping method available for the address or location you have provided. If this is an international order and you are receiving this message, there may be restrictions on sending products to your country. Please contact our Customer Support Team for additional information.
