30 Day Return Policy
Five Pawns' return policy is valid for up to 30 days. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days of your purchase for any reason. No exceptions.
Eligible returns constitute unused, unopened products with original packaging and in the same condition as the product was received.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any opened or tampered bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will not accept returns for reasons such as a forwarder cannot find an MSDS sheet for the items. We do not provide MSDS sheets when shipping domestically.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged Or Missing Products/Order
If you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottles, wrong flavors, incorrect nicotine levels, etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail them along with a brief description of the problem to our Customer Support Team. They will assist you in resolving the problem.
