Don't know about Cannoli but this sure taste like a medium black coffee with creamer. Never tried the original from D21 but I believe Five Pawns cut the sweetness when they remade this stuff. It smell sweet but doesn't taste sweet, no sweetener I assume. Overall nothing special about the flavor but they've done the norm well so it's good stuff.
