Five Pawns sr. management continues to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the public attention it has generated, the changes it has caused in our daily lives, and the guidelines being prescribed by health officials all over the world. As such, we feel it is important to share with you what we’re doing to keep our products, you and our employees safe and healthy. While we are concerned about the virus, there are things we can do to help stop it from spreading, not just in the USA, but around the world. And that’s where our focus lies every day, every shift and with every bottle of Five Pawns that leaves our facility.

As a small-batch producer, product safety has always been of utmost importance to us. Since inception, we’ve always produced our products in a cleanroom laboratory with HEPA filtration that prevents particulates from entering our products. Additionally, we’ve always used nitrile gloves along with face masks to further ensure safety and quality assurance. However, we are reinforcing with all of our staff the critical need to practice safe hygiene. We are closely monitoring the progression of the virus and we’re following the guidance of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local public health officials.

We are focusing on the things we can control and that centers around providing you the same high-quality e-liquid in a safe environment and providing you the same great experience in unparalleled flavor and service since 2012.

We would like to share some of the preventative measures we have in place to maintain a healthy environment for our team members:

• Frequent and thorough hand washing is required for all of our team members.

• Any team members showing flu-like symptoms will be instructed to stay at home out of an abundance of caution until they are symptom-free.

• Frequent and thorough cleaning and disinfecting of our production facility and office areas especially all contact surfaces in the laboratory.

• As of March 16th, all employees who can work from home will be on a work from home (WFH) basis for an indefinite period of time as we continue to assess the situation within our community.
